Shipping Policy
We at Shivanii are as excited as you and want to deliver your order as soon as possible, but it may takes us 1- 4 weeks to ship your order since our products are handmade.

Shivanii at the moment is only shipping in within India.
Shipping charges in India:
- For orders above 4,000 we are providing free delivery!
- For orders below 4,000 the shipping cost is 100
- Please note Rs. 500 additional charges for orders that are customised in anyway may it be colour, measurement alterations, fabric, etc. other than what is shown here at our website.
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know. Our brand provides hand stitched products and we do not accept returns, especially for made to order products. If there is any problem with the product delivered from what you had ordered such as the product delivered is not in a good condition or its damaged or defective. Please do reach out to us at shivanii.info@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not offer exchanges and/or returns on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at shivanii.info@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
No refunds on international orders.
